Note: There are discount vouchers available if you see me at events and extra special discounts for clubs (4T Triathlon Team, Exe Masters, Wellington Fox's Hockey, Wellington Netball and Wincanton Masters) on the booking site.
Initial Consultation and Massage

1 hr 15min appointment: This will also include a more thorough assessment to understand the issues, background etc. .
Sports Massage

1hr: Assessment of posture, range of movement and any particular ailments. Followed by sports massage focussed on general or specific areas through discussion.
Legs and Glutes

45mins: Focused massage on Legs and Glutes to relieve tension in lower body
Back and Shoulders Massage
£40
45mins: Focused massage into the upper back, shoulders and neck muscles to relieve tension.
Post Event Massage
£40
45mins: Deep slow massage technique used to support recovery. General / not injury specific.
This should only be booked for the day of / or the following day of the competition.
Posture Alignment Assessment and Massage

1h 15min appointment: This will include a full assessment of back, shoulders and hips to support day to day activities. It includes massage and rehab exercises to support your alignment development.
