About Heidi
I’m a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Fitness Instructor. I have been providing sports massage advice and therapy for many years, and my approach goes beyond the treatment table. I combine hands-on massage with tailored advice for injury prevention, muscle strength building, posture and alignment, and sport-specific exercises designed to support your performance.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of athletes and enthusiasts—from rugby and hockey players to swimmers, synchronised swimmers, netball players, runners, cyclists, triathletes, surfers, and more recently Hyrox and CrossFit competitors. Each sport brings its own physical challenges, and I pride myself on offering strategies that fit the unique demands of different training and competition environments.
My aim is to provide a holistic approach to recovery and performance. This means not only easing pain and supporting rehabilitation, but also helping clients strengthen their bodies, correct imbalances, and build resilience for the long term. Whether you are chasing podiums, returning from injury, or simply looking to feel stronger and move better in everyday life, I am dedicated to supporting your journey every step of the way.

Experience
I bring extensive experience in physiology, massage techniques and health to my clients. Over the years I’ve learned that every single consultation and treatment is unique, and there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to massage and support. That’s why, if we work together, I will create a customised massage, recovery and exercise programme tailored specifically to your needs.
